Self-Care Lifestyle Addition #5 Journal
15 minutes of journaling a day can keep you grounded. Journaling can come in different forms. You can type on your computer, on your phone, on your tablet. You can do a video journal. Do this by recording yourself talking about your daily topic. Lastly, you can stick to the traditional route of a notebook and a pen and jot down your thoughts. I do all three. Sometimes my emotions are so overwhelming that I have to record myself talking. Other times I am being lazy and do not want to pick up a pen or pencil so I type. Either way is fine. Whatever works best for you.
