Self-Care Lifestyle Addition #2 Take Baths
If you are anything like me the thought of sitting in your own dirt can be disgusting and nauseating. I have figured out the trick to that issue though. Stay tuned. Bathing at least twice a month in warm water (I love my water so hot you can boil a carb). I include bath salt, sometimes bubbles, soft music (usually R&B or Jazz for me), a drink (typically champagne), and a locked door. Bathing this way helps me to feel sexy by allowing me to rejuvenate my senses – all five of them. I have peace. And I feel like a grown woman!

Time Length: This is completely up to you. I usually sit in the bathtub until my skin starts to wrinkle.
Benefits:
You will feel a sense of relief.
You will feel a sense of sex appeal.
You will alleviate stress from the day.
Your divine feminine connection reaches high levels.
Many may refer to this as a spiritual bath, they include rose petals and orange slices and has deeper meanings and even spiritual connections. However, you would have to do some research on those.
The trick to getting over sitting in your own dirt: shower once you’ve finished bathing.
